my nephew was born half an hour ago. And me and my brother sat making up how we would send him to the shop when we were too hung over, and how we would make him bully his mum. Champ. Cant wait to meet him.

I find it hard to sleep because in 9 days I am on a bus across the country. I love riding the bus in the winter, especially around the holidays - everyone's so friendly and you meet really great people. I am travelling back to Ontario to visit my friends (who are like family to me.) I wish I could stay longer, because the next time I'll be visiting won't be until July. It's going to be a beautifully bittersweet New Year's.
