Does anyone else use the online torrent client Seedr?
I haven't been able to log in for the past 2 days. I'm guessing it's because of the web browser that I'm using in the live version of Linux that I'm running since my HDD crashed. If anyone else uses it, could you see if it works for you? |
I use rutracker if I can't find anything on streaming services. If I'm really desperate for an obscurity, I'll ask rostasi to send me a vinyl rip of his copy.
|
Seedr is awesome. They let you download or stream torrents up to 2 GB for free. If you jump through a few hoops, you can up that to 5 GB.

I've found super obscure stuff on Soulseek, too.

Do you really need to download all of that porn at once, dude? Surely you can download one GB then watch it while the next one downloads, right?

Calling it what it is helps bring it into the mainstream and aid the efforts of those trying to get it legaized / decriminalized. |

I've yet to give the girl at the music store my number so I'm right there with ya elph. I was even ready to do it today and she never came in and I'm too nervous to walk into the music store when she's working. If she comes in tomorrow, I'll give it to her. We love talking to each other when she walks in. It's also funny that we both seem nervous when we talk too.

Never heard anyone call it "cannabis" in any movie going back to the 30s up till now - citing movies as historical records. I mean if they did I don't remember. The problem isn't that "cannabis" is not popular enough due to slang names to be called mainstream. Right now it is still not legal from a gov't pov. and when you think about it that doesn't deter people from using it. Slang names and gov't's war on drugs doesn't deter use. Bottom line: Marijuana/"cannabis" doesn't have a PR problem with its users. <- this should be obvious. If it becomes "mainstream" it's not going to be for the benefit of the "underground." It only going to reap profits for big business and be just another thing the government can make money on with taxes. Say a low end estimation of a pack of cannabis cigarettes is about roughly $40, you can guarantee a tax like $10. You only end up paying $50 so you can be carded and tracked how much "pot" you (not you specifically) smokes. So the push to legalize is only a push to strengthen big business' profit margin, an oppressive government and the industrial/military complex. Glad to see what side you're really on. |
Walked about 10 miles today and almost got hit by some college kid in his car.

marijuajuana and cannabis is arbitrary. I won't deify you since you seem to have that taken care of. |

Got a bunch of christmas decoration 3D prints from some 6 graders that I need to get going now.
It's one of the more fun tasks that's landed in my lap since I started working here. |
Got some personal bad news this week and getting in the wrong head space makes work so much harder. I had to pan up 50 lbs of mahi into 7-9 ounce portions. Of course that’s always a grind but on top of feeling blue the muscle soreness which really wasn’t that bad felt like I got pounded like Ali in the Rumble in the Jungle. I got high at work but I was real careful not to get too high.
Got a 5:1 medical vape pen just for days like this. |
I hope you get through your 20s without killing yourself.
