Today I went to a meeting, zumba'd, got my hair cut, then got back on MB after a short leave.

Yeah, it was pretty freakin' exhausting the first couple times. Not to mention the moves are not so easy for this uncoordinated white girl to pick up. lol. But it's alot of fun and it works out everything...my legs is killin' me right now.

I have coordination and rhythm and I'm pretty sure those moves would kick my butt. I don't think that has much to do with anything. i should get a zumba video from the library for shits and giggles and see how long I can keep up.

do they have beginner moves or do they just throw you fully into it?
