She was warned several times about baiting people into fights and getting them to eventually insult her (like she did with Manky in the thread DJ linked above), hoping that those people would get banned instead. Since baiting is against the rules here, that's what happened. It's a temp ban but hopefully enough to get the message across.

The baiting is part of it. The directly insulting people is the other part.
