I went over to my best friend's parent's house for their family night... I've known them for so long and am so close that it was cool. Got home made chicken pot pie and blackberry cobbler for dinner, played some Monopoly card game, swam in their pool, and got matching Mohawks with one of the little boys of the house... all in all a fun night. Good friends, good food, and a not-so-good haircut that was worth it just for the expression on the kid's face. :)

My day was emotional but I feel better for letting it all out. I spoke to my mom and feel like things are better than I thought they were on her end. I'm really missing my boyfriend but am happy to get back to studying. First day back tomorrow!

Thats awesome Mr Blarg. You're obviously very good with kids. That in itself, the selfless act of showing that child some type of affirmation, let alone your other work you've done is very commendable.

I got a call from the GF yesterday, that her brother (who has been living in a Motel for the past 2 months with a small child, a 13yo, wife, and mother in law), is moving to Missouri to live with someone he met on Pot Farm (a face book game). The man has totally lost touch with reality, but the family won't step in and do something about it. Those poor kids have absolutley no structure or foundation. Kids need a rock solid home in order to be comfortable enough to excell in life, otherwise they get bogged down with all the bull****. My GF has been crying ever since last night when we went over to see them off, since we are over there quite a bit to "Help" them out with food, etc. I was forced to just sit back and watch it all happen. God this is killing me. Brianna (the small child) is such a smart little girl with TONS of potential, and she's stuck with an idiot for a father. And don't get me started on the mother... ugh.

Here's a pic I snapped last night of Brianna with her buddy named Bob:

So is he leaving his family behind to run off with someone from Pot Farm or taking them with him?

They're all going, thats whats so sad. They all left in the Pot Farm womans' Van last night sometime after we left. Pretty sure it was in the wee hours of the morning since she was supposed to call when she was on her way... and it's a 6-7 hour drive.

Kind of hard to check up on little Bri-Bri (and Brandon the 13yo) when it's that far. I hope he gets his **** together.

What's sad about them all going? As long as he keeps them together I don't see what's wrong with that? I mean I understand you won't be able to check up on them and make sure everything is okay but other than that I think they will be fine.

Whats sad is that this guy had a great house, his 13yo boy had a home and friends in the area and school, and Brianna had some great living conditions. So, there's a great start for his new family (the 13yo is his step-son, and he just married the mother). Since he's a freakin crack-head, and addicted to opiates (he snorts what ever he can get his hands on, valium, oxy's, etc.), he lost the house, which forced all of them to move into a Motel, now he's moving in with some strange ****ing bitch he met on POT FARM!!!! and the whole family is subjected to this.

That, my friend, is pretty ****ing sad.

Edit: I probably should mention that he hasn't worked in over 15 years, and lives off the mother in law's dead husbands pension checks, and welfare.
