Hungry too and I also love lentils especially as a lentil stew. The best I know is in Spain, where their lentil stew normally has slices of very tasty chorizo included.

This is the ONLY thing that would convince me to eat lentil soup having pieces of chorizo in it.

Other than that. Ew. Lentil soup is pretty gross imo. It reminds me too much of split pea soup which I also hate.

I like lentils full stop but when it comes with chorizo it's the business! But when it comes to food, Spanish delicacies are some of the best around anyway.

You do realise that chorizo is ham as well, so you'd like it in a lentil stew.

pea soup is awful to me because when i was younger I got food poisoning from eating sweet peas and ever since then I'm highly against peas entering my stomach.

I like pea soup but I don't like lentils. The ham just makes the pea soup better, it doesn't stop it from tasting like crap.
