Your story don' t matter at all.Here is the same thing I told 6 other ppl.All that screams is how you really don't give two flying ****s about the person you are waiting for your turn to speak.

Im not gonna give WD the same advice I hit pet sounds with three days ago because its not the same issue they are two ccompletely different ppl,and have had vastly different exsperiences.And their levels of understanding are totally different.Imma venture to say yours is the type of advice that you leave thinking,"**** that didnt help."

Here's some ADVICE from someone who's had cracked ribs on two different occasions. If you feel a sneeze coming on hug yourself real tightly and then lean up against a wall on the bruised side. That will limit the amount your chest will expand (and hurt like burning hell) as you sneeze.
