I'm sure people stuck stuff in their piano strings ever since the instrument came out, but since Maurice Delage was the first documented account of it, he is regarded as the first person to use prepared piano. If animals kept diaries I'm sure there would be a much richer history of caveman language. Unfortunately this is not the case.

You didn't say "the first language that we know of". You said, "I think the first language was Sumerian". You can back pedal all you want, but you just made a language fail. Or an archaeology fail. Some kind of educational fail.

I qualified it with I think instead of just stating it outright so I'm open to the possibility of being wrong so **** off either way English was not the first language it's the bastard child of centuries of language.

EDIT: first sentence read so similarly to one of Machine's that I just removed the punctuation to make it all flow.

Regardless of whether or not you qualified the statement, you still made a potentially bogus scientific claim without anything to back it up.
