He continually posted fictitious information in the Name That Tune section, and when he was politely asked to refrain, he had a verbally abusive retort.

He earned a one week ban.

Same thing. Except when you do it it's still funny since you don't do it every time and using a Kanye West song just isn't as funny as Merzbow.
