Wouldn't the electric stove on principle lite a cigarette the same way the car lighter would? Come to think of it, it's like having a mini-electric stove the width of a quarter in your car.

Yes but this is about what to do when you don't have one and have to MacGyver one.

I also have landlords that don't let me smoke in the house or backyard. I guess I can bring a ****load of toothpicks and keep the flame going and walk to the park with it.
