Somebody bought the good stuff when you weren't paying attention.

Shortly after we moved here Linda and I went out to a local Mexican joint. Great food, killer band, and lots of drinks. Next thing I know I'm doing tequilla shots with the band and getting absolutely blitzed, while they are openly flirting with my wife. Round after round until finally I stepped in and broke it all up. Band packs up and leaves and Linda pays off our tab.

1. Never try to keep up with Mexicans while drinking tequilla.
2. Never leave the side of your sexy wife while drinking with Mexicans.
3. Never let Mexicans realize that you have an open tab going.

Next morning I find out the bill was like $300.

**** it. BUILD THE DAMN WALL!

Possibly that 18 year old girl. Seems like she was wanting some older men to **** the **** out of her.

Lucem, you're right, it's silly to talk about what I would or wouldn't do IRL. Glad you brought it up. Maybe you should write an instrumental about it. I recommend a piano paired with a clarinet. With ambient sounds of you hanging from your shower curtain you ****ing failure.

Art Is Dead. Buy My ****.

It's been a rough week. After accidentally scratching my cornea I had to see an ophthalmologist and get on a steroid for several days of bedrest where I couldn't work. Please understand that I have not been sick in 3-4 years. I seldom have a need to leave my home and as such my human interactions are quite far and few between. Consequently, I never contact an illness.

But, as luck would have it, in the waiting room at that eye doctor, I contracted the flu from a patient sitting near me and have spent the last week terribly ill.

I'm now off work for the second time in as many weeks and am loaded up with Codeine, antibiotics, inhalers, and breathing treatments for the next few days.

Still, I managed to have a bit of fun - This afternoon I took my wife and her mother on a date and treated them to a screening of Singin' in the Rain. It was her late grandmother's favorite film.

*Related Fun Fact* - Gene Kelly reportedly had quite a fever during the shooting of the legendary "Singin' in the Rain" scene, so at least I have some good company.
