Just received a call and learned that my oldest and dearest friend passed away last night. We'd grown up in the hospital together, and his humor and friendship made each day there a little brighter in what was a truly solemn period of my life.
I'm 35 and have never lost a friend before, save for my father who died of cancer. As an INTJ I'm quite perplexed how to feel and what to do. But I'm grateful for the friendships I still have and for all their love and support. I just needed to tell someone. Thanks for listening. http://i.imgur.com/v9hE8JMl.jpg |
Very sorry to hear that, ISB.

I'm sorry for your loss ISB. My condolences.
|
So sorry ISB.
|
Sorry pal. He looks pretty young, I wonder how he passed..?
|
Sorry to read that ISB.

I'm sorry ISB, I know what it's like to lose friends, but in that way? That's unthinkable to me. I lost my grandad when I was 8 and he's since become one of the biggest influences on my life, so find whatever you can positive out of this.

I lost a lifelong friend about 5 years back. I have a picture of her and us back in Boston and another of her and us here in San Diego on my fridge. Every time I look at them I kiss my finger, touch her face in each picture, and tell her I love her.
Makes me tear up almost every time but also makes me feel good. We'll party like bloody ****ing hell again someday. |
Sorry to hear that ISB.
