Had a conference call with her counsel tonight and she convinced Linda that this is about as fair as it gets. She's going to legalese it and then we both sign and voila! Linda can even electronically sign from Arizona.

Thanks JTF. We'd both talked about divorce every now and then for a few years but were not in any financial position to actually do it - which made it easy to toss around around the word flippantly.

After about 10 days I realized this is the best for both of us. I'm glad she figured out a way to leave. It's like there's been a fog in our relationship for a couple of years and now it's lifted.
