imo a big part of it is just the confidence that comes with it. not just anyone will choose to shave their head. either that or they just really don't give a **** what anyone thinks which can also be hawt.

Skin (from Skunk Anansie) does bald well. She's honestly kind of scary looking, but in a cool way. I'd totally date a woman that looked like that.
