Ja if they have sciency numbers like a breathalyzer you're 100% ****ed. They usually do a blood test as the alternative but that might just be a Cali thing. Do you have more deets as far as tests go for those cases?

Just realized this will be my fifth place of residence in less than six months.

91915 - Eastlake - moved out end of February
91910 - Chula Vista - lived in a hotel for almost a month
91916 - Descanso - 3 weeks
91901 - Alpine - 3 months
92021 - El Cajon - ?????

At what point does the post office cut me off?

The no breathalyzer thing was it took them too long to get his blood or piss and he won in trial with an expensive trial lawyer

The normal procedure in Florida, I think, is if you fail the breathalyzer they also take blood or piss and test you for everything else

The high sentences are like kids in the car high as **** BAC

$10,000 is the total expense everyone cites in Florida

It includes your insurance going through the roof.

DUI’s have to be disclosed on many kinds of job applications here for life. All state and county jobs. It’s really hard to get a teaching job even if your DUI was years ago, for example.
