I'm gonna need more of an explanation as to what an ice cream barn is and why people would hula hoop there.

I don't know why people would be hula hooping there but ice cream barns are usually places to get ice cream that is organically made from cows on their farm. They sometimes use a barn to up the aesthetic. We had one near us for a while but the property taxes in NJ ruined that quickly.

I just meant like the people who made the ice cream made it from the cows they had in the back. I guess "homemade" ice cream would have been better word choice.

You have a good farm with good cows and people who know what they're doing and you get the best ice cream ever.
