Na HIIT is separate.

I've never done intermittent fasting but there are many guys who do it and approve of it.

I know a kung fu guru who'll eat one giant meal at the end of the day and he's pretty healthy. Based on what I've read though, going the other direction and doing very small meals/snacks throughout the day is healthier.

Plenty of bodybuilders do both.

I think the main thing is getting what you need from your diet and training.

Guys should do what works for them.

Well here are three:
  • Bukowski Tavern - 50 Dallon St.
  • Delux Cafe - 100 Chandler St.
  • The Squealing Pig - 134 Smith St.
These are all within the city limits of Boston unlike some of Psy-Fi's. :p:

I wasn't specifically choosing Irish ones but the Irish have a significant presence in Boston and most of my favorites happen to be those ones.

Of the ones I listed, The Tam, Sligo's, and Whitey's are all dive bars that have been dive bars for many decades. Needless to say, they're all my top three favorite places to hang out and bend the elbow when I'm in the area.

On this, we agree. Shorts just seem like some sort of weird compromise.

Swimming trunks on the other hand....
