not much around it really, it does mess with your emotions, if your honetly keeping the fast going. some say to cheat and just break the fast if you need to over a serious situation. in my case, if i knew i had to wait so long, i should have brought a cliff bar :/ its a thing best to be doing inside on your last few hours of the fast
