you are completely wrong if you are trying to lose weight, but you can eat whatever and whenever if you exercise it off

if your trying to lose weight, dont constantly get every 3 hours lol

edit: wow just realized the link doesnt work also. the video just explains how leptin works and what ya need to do to keep insulin down.

Losing fat is really easy tbh.

It gets difficult when your body fat percentage is around 15%.

I'm way too tired to be alive right now. I only had one shiner, some wine, and two and half little Bud Light black cans and I feel totally wiped. Not even the bowl I had this morning is giving me a pick me up. I have to wait till 11 to leave too. This day's going to fucking blow.
