Neat.
It's almost like you're famous.

As the pain subsides in my legs, arms, neck, etc., my rib has taken full center stage. This is my third time with a cracked rib. The first two were from years ago when Mike was a kid and we would wrestle. Both times he kneed me in the chest. Not sure how the hell it happened this time.

Worst part is there's really nothing medically you can do - it just has to heal on its on. Sleeping on a couch helps cause it limits tossing and turning. Also, if you feel a sneeze coming on, tuck in your arm and lean against a wall to reduce how much your chest can expand with the explosion.

In other news, got a bolognese simmering in the crock-pot for dinner tonight.

went to the cookout, ate two burgers that werent cooked all the way. but they were food too so that was nice. sriracha sauce on the bottom and bbq on the top of the buns. and some chips. then played a game of what they call on the east coast "corn whole". bags thrown at a board with a whole in it. sort of it basketball but i sucked at this game. then it started to rain and we left.
