oh wow good luck this semester. i wonder who drinks more caffeine, me or you. pre work out mix goes with me everywhere and i use it to code and study also. i dont go over 400mg of any of the types of caffiene thats in the mix though during the day. i make two drinks with one serving also

You're straight up a caffeine junkie. I’m an amateur with all of my physical activities but I do workout everyday in some sense of the word and sill think it’s healthy to consume high amounts of caffeine before getting out there. I don’t know the science behind it but I’m assuming it’s doing more harm that good. I do try to eat something beforehand too but I dk. Whatever. I like to go fast.

idk who your trying to communicate with elphenor or me. since we both were typing about caffiene but 400mg is like two 8oz cups of coffee.






i suppose have a few cups a coffee each day means a junkie for it, then sure.

i log down how much i put in my body each day for water and other drinks in a book ive been doing for a while. ill start doing that with food when i feel its time
