I had a problem where I'd over tip people. Like I'd tip food people and the pizza guy $20 even when they'd mess it up. People make mistakes, they don't always get it right. Nobody does. Not even Chula or [merit]. I like to think that your current position doesn't define who you are and I believe that life is hard and it's cool to get a break sometimes. I had to stop tipping so much because I started going broke but I still always try to tip.

I get so many breaks that I just chalk it up to white privilege and managerial laziness.
