Go over the bills carefully. A lot of times they try to screw you and charge like $80 for an aspirin or $200 for a bag of saline.

And OccultHawk is right, credit scores don't matter unless you plan to borrow money from banks. As long as you have cash on hand and a stream of revenue, you can get by perfectly fine.
I sometimes listen to the Dave Ramsey radio show, where he counsels people on money. He has supposedly helped over 10,000 people become millionaires [or some sh!t like that]. He says that he has a credit score of 0, so he couldn't get a car loan if he wanted to, but he has enough money in the bank to buy a car outright, thousands of times over. |
