1. You make it clear that the effect on you makes a difference on how willing you are to snitch. Should I trust that you wouldn't snitch on me if we're friends but not snitching would seriously harm you? It doesn't sound like I should trust you then.

Don't worry Mindfullness, I get where your coming from fam. When your in a good working environment and you got bad faith actors, they aren't gonna stick around long. I'd say snitching is a last resort kinda thing though. People should always have a chance to get their ducks in a row if confronted about something going on. 2nd chances and all that.

i would only snitch on probably 1-2% of the company and it would be the employees that other employees would love to see gone also..


if i did not snitch, and i just hate them more as i work there, that would suck.... they need to steal somewhere else.
