I've sat through enough racist dog**** from my relatives at Thanksgiving and Christmas that I can understand when you can't take it anymore and need to say something. I don't think it will necessarily mean anything but at a certain point saying nothing becomes bile in your throat. I won't judge standing up for what you believe in when you hear so much dog****.

I think it is worth it. As ambassador to the elderly tell me are old people so fragile they can't handle being confronted when they're in the wrong?

i believe the new guy should have told just consider how new he is. if its a known employee, then i would probably keep it to myself unless someone asked me personally "have you seen this guy steal?" then i would snitch on the guy. t

and about the fight with the new guy, hopefully it doesnt happened because management might see you involved somehow

but i would have told too so the guy knows he cant be trusted

for me its all a case by case basis for snitching, i wouldnt if i liked the employee. all depends on which level of management asked me who stole something also. plus if i dont like them and would love to see them gone. then id snitch and get more involved to remove the employee via statements from me

if it was just a random employee and i had no relation with, i wouldnt snitch because i wouldnt know the whole story from their perspective. and with friends i wouldnt snitch. so its an almost "no snitch" from me.

If you only care about your own position then you're an enemy of everyone else and should be treated as such. You should be run out of that job as soon as everyone knows that you don't care about anyone but yourself.
