Been a rough week already. Quit cigs for a couple weeks now I'm back again. Hoping to kick it again. Gotta stop relying on it as a stress reliever. But it is not easy. Now I'm stoned and idgaf what happens.

Been getting good sleep though strangely enough.

Bro, start going to sleep at least an hour, preferably two hours earlier than you usually do. You'll get addicted to it after you learn to get over the transition.

it's crazy out here. cars backed up into the road at every gas station, people noping out of the complex next door with suitcases - it feels just like it did last time, just chaos.

there aren't even any current fires that are at risk of spreading. but everyone feels uneasy.
