I went to a Christmas party last night and I got really drunk and I think I upset my niece last night but I didn't know what I did then I hit me. It's because her boyfriend that I kept calling Ben Shapiro because he looks a lot like Ben Shapiro. He hardly talks, he's been there for the last three years or so, and I ask him if he wants to try some of this Cutthroat I was drinking. He says no and they tell me he's only 20 so he can't. Then I look him straight in the eye and go on this rant about how it's weird that they say he's old enough to join the army to kill tons of people and potentially get killed and deal with years of PTSD after watching all of these people he built connections with just get obliterated into human chunks of meat right before his eyes but he's not old enough to get drunk. I totally forgot that he's going to be deployed soon. Just hit me after I got sober.

Completely insensitive but for some reason I don't feel like an *******.

Maybe it's because you shattered a social convention but it's a social convention that you have no belief in. Social conventions are powerful and have strangleholds on populations but that doesn't mean you have to care. People care about dumb ****.

That and drug addiction runs pretty hard in my family. Her brother was just put in rehab.

Hilariously enough my sister with her camera taking pictures to send to him decided it was a good idea to get a picture of me filling up a glass with beer because Frownland is 100% right about beer tasting better in a glass. I don't know why, but it does.

Edit: I'm never doing that **** sober again, though.
