I can't believe jury duty is even a thing...like is that really the best way to go about this??

I feel like if jurors were volunteer based then it would attract a lot of vengeful authoritarians. Reminds me of King of the Hill when Bill says "I was on a jury six times and each time we did our job. Six convictions."

But ja if we're gonna let the Patriot act disregard the Constitution then we should at least be consistent and throw the whole thing out.

When I got out of prison, I had a bench warrant for a separate traffic offense. Thought I was going home. Nope. Back to the friggin hoosegow mother****er. On a list of things that suck, that's like right up there in the top 5 or 6.

So since court isn't open on weekends and the first week will be paid by your job that means you'll make $525 for those seven weeks if you go every business day.
