Just got news that a friend got shot. He’s in the hospital. Not a super close friend but a friendly cool dude I know. He’s not going to die or anything.

Gravity just got the upper hand on my newly washed and stacked dishes and I lost a nice cereal bowl.

My chest has flared up with a slight pain and heavy breath so now I’m getting all ****ing paranoid again which makes it worse. I gotta accept that I’ve always had allergies and short breaths - I’ve been taking medicine for it for decades - but now every tiny symptom whispers “death” and the chicken noodles in me start dancing.

Don't worry Hawk, you'll be ok Sorry to hear about your friend. It's awful that you feel so anxious about getting corona, but the expression 'the chicken noodles in me start dancing' is amazing and I will use it from now on
