Just wondering-- at what point did you decide to drive to this thing down the street? I assume you offered to drive her after you said you were too tired to walk, or was it after she became standoffish? You definitely should not have said what you said; one should not offer to pay for things or do something for someone if they're going to immediately guilt-trip them for it the second they're displeased with them. (That kind of thing is why I still to this day am so hesitant to accept anything from anyone. Thanks dad)
