I did that weird thing where I married someone that I actually like being around, but she also respects that I have my own hobbies that are separate from her and vise versa

I would bet that most of the time anyone that complains that their SO is “nagging” them is probably the problem themselves because they’re being too emotionally distant or just straight up neglecting important needs in the relationship. Which could come down to societally influenced gender roles but more likely it could just be because one or both of the people in the relationship are sacks of ****.
