You look a little boxed-in, if I'm honest...

A little more context since I'm at my laptop. My mom and I are going half and half on a condo because I didn't go to college and my brother went through college all expenses paid. The plan is to be a rent to own. So her and I will go on the title once it's purchased, and I will buy it back over time until I take ownership while simultaneously living there. Condos are going anywhere between 210-250k. Our budget is right in between. It's a fun venture and once that will be beneficial over time. I'm looking forward to it and of course, once the place is found, i'll announce it here.

Further along in the future, i'll find a 2nd property, and rent out one of them. Going back to what WWWP said earlier. That's the plan anyway.
