I actually remember drinking absinthe one time, and I was hanging out with a buddy, and he had these lollipops. He said he didn't care if I ate some, but not to touch the orange ones, which he had in a pile. I have a vague dreamlike memory of taking one that I would've completely forgotten, but all of a sudden I remember waking up (if I wasn't so completely gone, I would've probably sobered up completely) in the middle of a screaming match that I was apparently having with this guy, because, unbeknownst to me, I had taken one, and then laughed at him when he said something about it. When I woke up in the middle of this argument, I had absolutely no idea why we were yelling at each other.

It's not something I would have ever done sober, but I guess I just have boundary issues when I'm plowed. It was horrible at the time and I felt like a douchebag, but after a couple years of hindsight, it was pretty funny.

****, man! You don't know what you're missing. Breakfast tacos are life force! You can make your own, if you can track down some tortillas, eggs and cheese. Also, Kombucha helps, for future reference.

I was 13 when I experienced my first hangover. And while I in no way would advocate that as an acceptable age to start drinking, that's just the way it happened. And now that I've garnered a little experience in that field, hangovers still suck, but they can be fun sometimes. Kind of like "drunk leftovers".

Has anyone woken up after a long night of drinking only to find that, instead of a typical hangover, you still feel a little bit plastered?

Couple times since when I drink I always wake up really early. My body is just too dehydrated and I wake up sometimes at like 7AM needing a drink and feelin a little drunk. Couple weeks ago I woke up after a night of drinking at about 8AM and the only thing in my fridge was milk. So I just chugged a little from the bottle and went back to sleep a few hours before I had to get up for work and I felt like anus all day. Milk mixing with PBR all day.

I pretty much just get completely bombed every time I drink. Cause I always justify to myself pregaming with a 12 pack or so, then at the bar I drink quicker when I'm talking to a girl (nervous habit). So by the end of the night I've had like 15+ beers and it's time to just pass out. I hide my drunkenness really well though. I think cause when I first started drinking as a teen I hated how everyone would drink a beer and get fake drunk and stuff so I've always been the opposite. I slur a little bit but I can put down 10 beers and seem pretty normal.

I really want beers now.

I've done that a few times. One time, I was drunk for the next two days and then I went to the doctor and he told me that I had alcohol poisoning. The other times I just waited it out, and felt far better about 8 hours after I woke up. The typical hangover doesn't visit me much, though.
