Sometimes you mess up and a "talking to" is enough. Sometimes you mess up so bad that a few exclamation points are needed. One of those people could have dropped dead that day because of our prank.

It's not violence. It's emphasis. You sir are a pansie. How many kids have you raised? You one of those people who will let little Johnny pull a tantrum in the checkout line because you won't buy him the toy? Ignoring him while everyone else has to deal with the histrionics?

I'd grab Sherri or Mike's arm enough to hurt a little and whisper really seriouslly, "stop it, NOW". My kids never stepped on anyone else's space in public.
