is it required to vote in every category? i kind of just want to vote pb for nicest member, but i think i can fill in a few others with at least a bit of confidence

Feel free to just vote for whatever in the respective categories. Doesn't make much of a difference if you vote for all of them or not. Worst case, it just ends up in a tie, but I don't think that'll happen this time.
