^ Yep.

I absolutely love my new job. Sucks to be you guys.

Also what on Earth is "real work"? Work (in the context of this discussion) is whatever somebody is willing to pay you to do.

You don't know the situation of my last job so this is just completely farfetch'd as far as i'm concerned. I either had to quit or put up with their bull****. I tried to put in my 2 weeks and they wouldn't let me. So the next day I decided I had to leave and unofficially quit. When the only option to get out is to literally stop showing up, you'll see that it's not because I didn't do the real work. I was legitimately doing several people's jobs at once and the company took advantage of it to the point that I started getting physically injured.

I couldn't honestly say I love my "job", but it does give me a great feeling of satisfaction that I'm there because otherwise she'd be in a state run home. And the hours aren't too bad. Pay's ****e though.

Yeah, I think he means quit for good. Maybe.

Oh. If that were the case, then hell yeah I would. Unfortunately being an adult means putting up with things that you wouldn't normally want to do. Damn, what a shame it is to actually grow up.

Yeah, again I don't know for sure, but I think he's saying if, like, you're rich enough not to work, or you come into money and can stuff your job, then you're no longer considered working class. I'm sure he'll tell me if I'm wrong though. People change their jobs all the time, but I think he's referring to saying "sod this! I don't need a job! **** you guys!" and walking out without needing another job to go to. Ever.

Hmm. Give a large percentage of the population the option of quitting their jobs and still having more than enough money to live, how big do you think that door is going to have to be to accommodate the rush?
