Back bacon is better than streaky for the full breakfast. I've used streaky when I haven't had back bacon, but the latter is better.

How is it? Asking both in terms of how good it is if you eat it expecting regular bacon and how good it is if you eat it without prejudice or expectations.

Amazing if you like eggplant. Awful if you expect it to taste like real bacon. It does make a fine replacement though for BLTs and such, taste difference aside.

I've never much liked eating any kind of bacon alone unless it's candied bacon with brown sugar and chili powder.

Because I'm Mexican, I take peppers and cut them in half, spread cream cheese in them and then wrap it in bacon. Then I put it in the oven for about 25 minutes and it comes out incredible.
