There's hate, and then there's hate. If I met Adam Sandler, I'd be polite. He could be a perfectly nice guy for all I know.

People don't really hate 99% of the things they say they hate. It usually just means "I find some facets of this thing disagreeable".

Ben Stiller: hate the guy's face and hate all the movies he has been in that I've seen. Seems to be everywhere.
No love for Dodgeball, Tropic Thunder, or Zoolander? Not to mention his brilliant guests appearances in a dozen comedy shows (Tony Wonder from Arrested Development anyone?).

Ireland must be quite dreary if "that's me grabbing the bull by the horns. It's a metaphor. But it really happened though" or "what is this, A SCHOOL FOR ANTS?" didn't make you laugh.

I despise most members of Trump's cabinet and politicians that actively deceive their constituents in general. Especially with all the attempts at healthcare "reform" these past few months, the outrageous falsehoods and the shamelessness of telling them has turned a dislike into a "**** you, you monster".

Because of the child refugee thing. Calls everyone who questions the age and policy 'racist'. Accuses everyone who is opposed of having an 'I'm alright Jack' mentality, which is exactly what people think about him.

Dodgeball and Zoolander are only popular because of the dismal state of mainstream American comedy. Tropic Thunder is a bit better but suffers from the same thing. Can't say I hate the guy though.

Forgot about Tony Wonder though, that was a great role.

There are literally no celebrities I dislike. It's that deep.

I'm not saying my age didn't play a part. I was 12 when Zoolander came out and 15 for Dodgeball, so there is a bit of nostalgia love. But they'll always be stone cold classics for me.

What qualifies as a good American comedy movie for you?

None whatsoever. Different strokes. I despise the guy almost as much as I hate Charlie Sheen in Two and a Half Men. Almost.

Ah, ok. I thought it was the crisps adverts that had done it for you.

Superbad is one but I don't like the effect that it had on the industry because 98% of the copycats didn't copy the charm. Adaptation, O Brother Where Art Thou, Borat (nostalgia disclosure), Clerks, Little Miss Sunshine (another case of poorly realized influence), and Wolf of Wall Street are some that get some traction that I also enjoy.
