In my fridge I have extra hot Valentina's, Private Select peri peri pepper sauce, Tabasco, and Bibigo gochujang hot sauce. I use the peri peri sauce the most, it's busted.

Cholula and Tabasco, along with salt and pepper, are served as basic condiments here in SoCal.

Hot sauce > condiment
