I do hate black churches. They go for like twelve hours but not before hitting me up like a swarm of locusts on Sunday.

The original Japanese Gojira (Godzilla) is a legit top 10 horror movie. Is the rubber suit inherently silly? Yeah, but it's ****ing Godzilla and watching him ruin Tokyo is one of life's great pleasures, and the buildup to his appearance is so tense and apocalyptic that your childhood memories of what a Godzilla movie is like get flipped on their head. Nihilism in a Godzilla movie is the best thing ever.
