Because you're supposed to know. It's supposed to assess what you learned not your ability to take random guesses.

Lucem, you're right, it's silly to talk about what I would or wouldn't do IRL. Glad you brought it up. Maybe you should write an instrumental about it. I recommend a piano paired with a clarinet. With ambient sounds of you hanging from your shower curtain you ****ing failure.

Art Is Dead. Buy My ****.

Answering every question on a test with random guesses is extremely unlikely to give you a decent result.

If there is a pass mark to get into a better school or whatever then yes put something down.

It doesn’t sound like you give a **** but if you know the answers are scrambled by a computer the best way to guarantee you take advantage of the full 25% for random guesses is choose the first choice that you haven’t eliminated every time. Unless you have an uncanny knack for sniffing out how correct answers are worded your instincts are more than 25% likely to lead you astray. If you were raised in an upper middle class household and you’re a good test taker you can sniff out correct answers on **** you know nothing about just by catching the feel for the syntax of a correct answer. About 15 years ago I was fantastic at that ****. Either they’ve gotten better at disguising it or my senses have dulled.
