Or direct it toward systemic racism that probably makes them feel that school is a waste of time since they're probably gonna end up working for minimum wage, unemployed, or in a gang anyway.

Because everyone was raised by a single mother and they want to validate that by disregarding real fatherhood and propping up a bull**** matriarchy. Every interview with anyone about their childhood starts with “I was raised by a single mother.” And every woman with a ****ing kid announcers her single motherhood like it’s a badge of honor instead of a huge **** up.
