Death Note kicks ****ing ass, I've watched it twice and could see myself giving it a third viewing.

I've barely dipped into anime though. I watched Cowboy Bepop and loved it. Started My Hero Academia and hated it. Fullmetal Alchemist was OK but didn't hold my attention. That's about all I've given a concentrated effort to. Should I watch this Evangelion show?

And yes, if you like Death Note and Cowboy Bebop but aren't into My Hero Academia then Evangelion should be required viewing.
