I make this dish called chicken swiss. It's got chicken as the base, cream of chicken on top, bunch of swiss cheese on top of that, then a layer of chicken stuffing on top. Delicious stuff. Normally in deli sandwiches, I take provolone. But if I can't get some jalapenos or hot relish in the sandwich, I'll opt for cheddarjack, for the spice.
