Uhh, it's bland as shit and not creamy, but I've gotten used to it (even enjoy it now). If you want a vegan option that somewhat captures the creaminess of milk the cashew is way better.

Almond milk is literally almonds and water.. and it tastes like it.

I've heard the nutbased cheeses are really good, but since i kind of live in the redneck area of NJ there's not many options for that kind of stuff. I tried the Daiya brand which was tapioca based and it was absolutely disgusting.

If you are a milk drinker I don't get why it'd be anything other than whole milk.
