Arkansas

Arkansas has the most securely entrenched white privilege of all the southern states. Even though it’s partly Texas’ bitch it’s still southern enough to be around 80% “deep” south. Blacks in Arkansas are generally pleasant enough but, surprisingly considering where they are, the whites are pretentious and uppity. They actually think you can live your life in Arkansas and not be pathetic white trash. They have a sort of faux wannabe Santa Fe lifestyle thing that gives them a sense of superiority but in fact is really just sad. The whites in Arkansas think they’re a bit more progressive then Alabamians but in actuality blacks and LGBT and the irreligious have it worse in Arkansas.

Are there any worthwhile Arkansawyer authors or should we get straight into the music?

I don’t give half a **** about Glen Campbell and 70s cocaine cowboy ****

His music sucks

Even the verse of this song sucks

But the chorus- the chorus on this is ****ing unforgettable

Not to mention that they're pretentious. Oh yeah, you said that. Well, they are. I mean, surely that should be pronounced "Ar-Kan-Saz"? Where the **** does "saw" come into it? They too uppity to want to be associated with Kansas?

Well Arkansas has some heavy hitters including Johnny Cash and Pharoah Sanders. So we might have to hang out in this pretentious Texas wannabe sweltering **** box for quite a while.
