That if they're going to get pardoned at the White House, ****loads of money gets spent on them and they even get to stay at $500 a night hotels. Pretty crazy.

If youre into CAD you should look into GIS(what i do). Not sure what kind of degree or job youre aiming for but you may find it interesting.

never heard of GIS, looks neat from the quick google search. im going to be using masterCAM(computer-aided manufacturing) because thats what they teach. im learning CNC(computer numerical control), just taking the basic classes now and the other classes for an associates degree in it. they offer a bachelor's in it but they say the students cant stay in the program long enough without taking a job offer lol plus i dont want do be in school anymore than i honestly need to.

whats GIS mainly used for? like models of forests and stuff. thats neat your interested in CAD type programs

Honestly its pretty insane. Its not for anything in particular it does soo much.

Google map type routing systems, surveying/gps, 3d modeling, infrastructure networks. Ill write up some of the stuff im working on when im not on my phone.

Some of the Civil 3D stuff from AutoDesk like point clouds and GIS mapping was around at a few jobs I was involved in, but it's been a long time and they've come a long way with parametric modelling integrated into the package. Here's a bit of a window into the Civil world, albeit in the form of an advert, but I'm sure DWV has a bit more in insight.

An astronaut who was unable to go up on the Apollo 13 mission still ended up going for the Apollo 16 mission.

Thomas Kenneth Mattingly II was exposed to the German measles, forcing him to give up his seat. John L. Swigert, Junior took his place.
