You are clearly the winner when it comes to Bridge songs, ziggywas.

Honourable mention to Psy-Fi too, for this video clip, a little-known outtake from Zabriskie Point:-Quote:

And here's a great track from a Nortec Collective album on which Calexico turn up as guests. ( ADVISORY: This song contains no mention of bridges.)

A bridge with quite a bit of historical significance that I haven't walked across in years but it used to be a favorite spot to occasionally visit with friends back in the 70's and early 80's. The one in the photo is a reproduction of the original which was taken down 18 years after the start of the American Revolutionary War. Quote:

^ That's a nice bridge, Psy-Fi, or perhaps more notably, a beautiful location. When you are out walking, the midpoint of a bridge is a place to instinctively take a rest and have a look around, isn't it? Here are two bridges I've paused at the middle of on several occasions.

A Cornish village I used to visit on holidays, and one of London's bridges at an unusually low tide:- .![]() ^ Well, the full title of the song (Esa banda en dub) is Spanish for "This Band In Dub", so maybe you're hearing the original track after all Quote:

The Brooklyn and Golden Gate were the two biggies when I was a kid but this was the first one that truly blew my mind at the time.

Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge - still the longest suspension bridge in the US.

i cant believe i forgot (til now) the bridge of death. before you cross it you have to answer some questions and its crossing is inevitable in the quest for the holy grail....... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dPOyOM7wxlE |

Quick side note: Read somewhere that it takes a crew just about a full year to paint the entire GGB - and as soon as they are done they start all over again.

			Really? Again?
