I didn't get a change in pay. For my job, it was business as usual. I didn't have to drive into the office a ton. It was usually for operational emergencies (i.e. a network goes down).

In my neck of the woods, TONS of checks were sent out. People were being paid, on average, more than what they made if they were working. Grocery store workers and a few other types of workers (fast food I think) got a buck or two more per hour for a while.

Pandemic is f*cking over. You still need a daily your daily dose of contrarian bullsh*t to make your tiny pea brain feel important though so you're still talking about it. You have nothing else of substance to contribute to society so you stay angry at liberals and woke millenials to stay relevant and included in something. Meanwhile, actual compassionate humsn beings have left you behind and are now staring back at the million people who died of a novel virus out of nowhere with grief and there you are...telling them they're basically sheep.
