Oh that's tough, I'm sorry. But by far the most important thing about long distance relationships is being attentive and considerate (and good at communicating of course), I think you're the kind of person to make that work.

Anyway, voice messages is really good advice. More personal than text, but less scary early on than call/vid.
Speaking of which, someone should revive the mb voice thread

Yep, we’re doing an inverted U-Haul, wherein I’m helping her move 3000 miles across the country to avoid us just moving in together now.
